World Maths Day
Our pupils enthusiastically took part in World Maths Day, hosted by Mathletics, celebrating mathematics with children from across the globe. Each child selected a number to represent throughout the event, before putting their mental maths and fluency skills to the test in a series of exciting mini competitions. Competing against pupils from around the world, they demonstrated quick thinking, accuracy and determination, while developing their confidence with number facts and calculations. The event was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the enjoyment of mathematics, challenge ourselves and experience the excitement of being part of a global learning community.
