Blackburn with Darwen Parents in Partnership (BwDPiP) are a parent/carer-led group for parents and carers of children and young adults aged 0 – 25 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Designated Clinical Officer (DCO)

The role of the DCO is to listen to children and young people, families and professionals so that health services offer the right provision to ensure children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) are able to reach their goals and achieve their outcomes.
