Lower Key Stage Two- Newsflash Week

Our children completed a wonderful week of learning surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. They listened to Boris Johnson's speech about the second lockdown and learnt about the Blackburn Intensive Care Unit. 

From this children focused on the use of emotive language to produce diary entries, interviewed someone with coronavirus and wrote thank you letters to the NHS staff in the Intensive Care Unit.
