This year we have supported Children In Need by coming to school in non uniform on Friday 13th November. We also invited Pudsey Bear in for a virtual visit with Steve Royal (from last year's Britain's Got Talent) through Radio Lancashire.
In February we joined in with 'Inside Out Day' where we wore items of clothing inside out to help us to think about people who may look fine on the outside, but inside they may not feel OK.
We have also raised money for Comic Relief. We came in non-uniform and created a school comedy reel, full of our favourite jokes! Watch this space!
On Monday 10th May, we supported the NSPCC Number Day by donating money and enjoying a whole morning of Maths Fun!
Throughout the year, different charities hold fundraising events. SMSJ School Council will choose which charities they feel we should support and we will decide on the best ways in which we can support them.
