TT Rockstars
We believe that times table knowledge underpins our Mathematics curriculum. Therefore, pupils from Years 2 to 6 have access to TT Rockstars. Here they can create their own avatar and compete against one another and other schools to answer multiplication and division questions mentally both in and out of order. We strive to ensure that by the end of year 4 our pupils can recall all of their times table facts (up to 12 x 12) quickly and accurately, alongside the corresponding division facts.
TT RockStars is a valuable tool to enable our pupils to become confident and fluent mathematicians. Therefore, we inspire and raise aspirations by celebrating children's achievements on a weekly basis with our Rockstars of the week and our school leaderboard.
The resource below can be used to assess pupils, in order to identify which times tables need to be practised for them to be fluent up to 12 x 12.
