Pupil Leadership Team Intent Statement

With God, all things are possible.

Nurture: The PLT currently consists of 15 Prefects.  These pupils try their best to follow our values and show everyone how to put them into practise. 

They build a close partnership with the School Council to raise money for several charities and separate events are organised to help to improve learning for everyone in our school. 

Our PLT are well known to the pupils in our school and support and nurture them in order for them to become well rounded pupils.

Inspire: These pupils inspire our children in many different ways. 

They inspire them to follow in their footsteps, showing the children the kind of qualities which are required to take on such roles, and also inspiring them to be responsible and compassionate, caring and tolerant to those around them no matter who or how old they are. 

Our pupils look up to the members of our PLT.

Achieve:  Every member of the PLT have worked extremely hard to gain their position in school.  Their application forms were of very high standards and their presentations were exceptional. 

Hopefully, by watching these, the current Year 5 pupils will have been inspired by what these pupils have achieved, and will be encouraged to apply themselves next year. 

Our PLT support the smooth running of the school.  They welcome our children into school in the morning, they encourage the children to line up well and follow the rules during lining up time at the end of playtime and lunchtime, and they support teachers in Prayer and Praise and Superstars Collective Worship.
